The service was quite good. However, you need to contact the designated location at the airport yourself and take a free shuttle bus to the store. It's a bit inconvenient; picking up the car directly at the airport would be better.

The location is very remote and inconvenient. QEEQ did not inform us that ACE Rental had changed its address, so we had to walk five or six kilometers to the new address for nothing. It was very troublesome, and we couldn't get through on the phone.
Like: The young men were very patient and professional. Dislike: Being unfamiliar with Sydney streets and expressways, we had a terrible time getting back to the rental location. Kept going the wrong way. At other rental locations, the company offers a localized map of the airport area.
