Worst experience ever. Ruined our vacation. Sold us all the upgrades, including full coverage insurance and when we had an issue with a sensor button coming on and beeping at us while driving (not lane assist beeps!) the very first day learning to drive in the opposite side of the road, they simply said, hmmm...not sure what that is. It a very long time to get ahold of a representative and when we said we felt we were a danger to ourselves and others, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. By this time we were several hours away from our pickup location and were trying to make it up to the northern part of England in a schedule. We said we were going to have to drop the car off somewhere other than our appointed destination and they told us we couldn’t get our money back. Not only that but they charged Lori Graham $120+ for gas when they gave us the car empty. We have a witness who is a friend of mine that took us to the Easirent in London and followed us immediately to the closest gas station. Our experience was so stressful that we had to drive out of our way to the closest airport (Bristol, England) and book plane reservations to our next destination. The rep in Bristol charged a drop off fee for the change of location and the worst part of the story is that he made us wait over an hour to drive the customers (including us) to the airport so long we missed our flight and our money and had to rebook/repay for new tickets. This was a nightmare and put a huge damper on a vacation that my friend and I had booked and been looking forward to for o5 months. Two credit cards were used for this transaction and should be refunded in full for the anguish and inconveniences suffered on this trip. I can’t fully explain how dangerous it is for constant beeping to occur when you are learning to drive on the opposite side of the road, opposite side of the car, the roundabouts and other drivers. BTW, the London Heathrow airport Easirent location does not answer their phone

Car was great. Customer service both on the phone and in person apparently flat out lied to me about deposits and insurance. I am currently trying to access my money and have heard nothing
The whole process from waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport to getting the car needed around two hours. Only one counter opened on the day of car pick-up, so there was a long queue. Otherwise, it was good.
Chris at Easirent was very helpful and went over and above his role. I heard some negative reviews about Easirent but experienced none of them. Will definitely use them again - if they remain competitive!
There were some hidden costs for the extra insurance. We paid for the insurance online with the booking, but we were told we should get more insurance, which added 200 pounds onto our costs. It would have been better to know this beforehand.
Car was fine and staff very good. The only downside is that you have to take the shuttle bus to collect the car. We were lucky to pick up a bus as soon as we got outside the terminal. Free service but takes around 15 minutes to get to the pickup point. Not so bad on return as it was daylight and we new how long it would take. We would use the company again as the difference in price made it worthwhile.
Waited 2 hours for our car and service was atrocious. They just kept saying nobody makes estate cars anymore, you can have your money back!! Not a solution when you have just arrived here with 4 suitcases and 2 tired kids
Having never used Heathrow airport before, I found it difficult to find where to catch the bus from to the rental company. A phone call to the office sorted it, but perhaps the bus stop number could be added to the booking instructions. I also found it difficult to locate the offices to drop off the car. However, the car itself was fantastic value for money. I booked a small vehicle but was upgraded free of charge to the next size up due to availability. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with Easirent again. Especially now I know how to find them. :)
Good and clean car!
BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation
“Good - just try to spell things out for people like me!! :o)”

Nothing particularly wrong, certainly value wise. Staff friendly enough, car fine, service good. A couple of things to tighten up on though (some my misunderstandings but you could help others avoid)... Finding the location - I'd wrongly gone to the car hire bus stop at terminal 5 before realising you weren't on there. When I looked on the internet at the booking it said at the top 'available from terminals 1 -4'. As I saw that I didn't look further assuming I needed to go to a different terminal. I did so on the free train then found you weren't on that sign either. Only then did I look at the smaller print and find I needed to go to a specific bus stop for a specific bus. By that time it was very late. I had tried calling for advice several times but no one picked up which would also have saved me time. In hindsight I completely realise that it says on the detailed part of the voucher how to get to you but having travelled mainly abroad I'm used to car hire that's signed or in the airport. It never crossed my mind not to just follow signs for car hire and look for your desk.
“Friendly staff, stressful policies and poor information”
About Easirent:7.3/10
I was not previously aware of the 100 mile cap. I also paid extra for a Ford Fiesta type car but was given a very basic Yaris Ayos. The biggest difficulty I had was that the email I received had a link to the google maps location of the drop off/pick up area, when I followed it it didn’t take me back to the drop off place. It took me miles away in the other direction. I then had to pay for the extra mileage. It made the experience very stressful. Also when I tried to refill the car with petrol the dial did not appear as full (despite being full), again I felt really stressed about this. I found the whole experience very difficult and I won’t rent with easirent again
“customer representative should be trained properly. Not suitable for the job for sure.”
About Easirent:7.0/10
We have to wait long to actually get the car. And only when my wife requested to customer representative and explained him about condition of our child, he has agreed to fasten the process. We are asked forcibly to wait over 1 hr inside premises which is suffocating and customer representative showed lot of attitude and is kind of doing any favour by doing his job. He is definately not suitable for the job and should be trained properly.
