Unclear booking process. Took 2 hours to get the car. Firstly we were advised to stay in the wrong queue. Upon getting to the top of the queue we were told the booking was not in the system. It then took over 15 minutes to rectify this issue, and there was no explanation what had happened, even though we were repeatedly asked if we were sure we hadn’t cancelled the booking, despite have a booking confirmation with us.
The Company then refused to use the credit card used for the booking to cover the deposit nor would they take google pay with the driver’s name which resulted in an extra cost of £111.
This was not a good customer experience and I would not recommend this service to others

The counter staff charged us another £324 when we picked the car up as they said the insurance we had booked from Easyrent was not good enough and they didn’t agree with the rental voucher we produced which stated ‘nil to pay on pickup’!

They did not provide the same model as we booked, the car is small and not space after put all baggage, the child car seat is dirty and poor. They just said NO car, if we don't like we should ask Easyrentcars.
We waited a long time for the car, but it was because of the bank holiday weekend. The staff were amazing! We will definitely be renting from them again.
I got a confirmation that I had my hire car. Then called them after my flight and they said they had no cars. I had to call my brokers. It was a nightmare.
Rude unfriendly staff. Systems down but no alternate way to complete the booking. Waited for 2 hours and then had to cancel. They were unfriendly were looking forward to cancel the booking. Huge queue
Slow at picking up car, had to wait in a queue and then wait whilst electricity went down for 10 mins (daily occurrence) and then wait for car to be washed. Had to pay £260 for a small scratch on door which had occurred through a stone strike.

very rude counter personal. will try to make you pay for damages that are already there because they do not mark it down because the car is given dirty
Do NOT rent a car with EASIRENT.

The pick up process was beyond terrible, lasted over 1 hour and we felted scammed!
We had already paid for insurance when we booked the car online, and the first thing they offered when we arrived was to buy insurance again otherwise a 1500£ deposit was required (higher than what was in the booking e-mail).
Other members of our group (not the main driver in the booking) had valid credit cards but we were not allowed to used them, and thus the main driver had to contact the bank about the credit plafond. While we were waiting the staff was rude to us asking if we would take long and they had other things to do.
We were taking long because they added several complications and would not accept other credit cards!!
The whole process took over 1 hour, it was a terrible experience and they tried selling their own insurance over what we had already paid several times (se we wouldn’t have to pay the 1500£ deposit), it felt very much like a scam.
The car had damage all over..Paid for full size van 7 people 4 cases but got a c4 piccaso no room for cases ..Smell in car found rottern milk in under tray floor ..fuel light on when collected not good and car not cleaned when brought out to me ..
I had gotten third party insurance for the car and explained to easirent that I already had insurance and didn't need it. They still made me put down a sizable deposit which they said would be fully refunded, but then somehow charged me 27 pounds a day because they said I had asked for a reduced deposit. I had questioned the +1,000 pound deposit which they said they would reduce to 150, but then charged me for it. It is in the fine print on the contract after looking back over, but they quick talked me into it at the counter as they rushed me through the sign in process. So just be careful!

Got a lousy pick up truck instead of 7 seater SUV.
Insurance is expensive.
Overall a scam!
Will never ever rent from Easirent!
