Like: Everything. Even my extension was way on the phone
Dislike: It wasn’t a Ford Fiesta. But a a Renault 208. Still a very good car. Loved it!

We had to take a bus to pick up the car and were told to call to make a reservation, but no one answered the phone, so we had to get help from Beijing customer service. There was only one staff member at the car pickup location, and we waited a long time. Our three-day rental cost only 750 RMB, but insurance under 1800 EUR cost 93 EUR per day, almost the same as the total rental amount. Three days' insurance cost three times the total rental amount. It took nearly an hour to connect and wait for the bus, and another hour to pick up the car. By the time we could drive, it was almost dark. Driving on the right side, which we were not used to, made the journey quite dangerous.

Long wait time

Dislike: Te car hadn't been washed when we collected it

We returned the car at 9:30 am, but no one was there. Called and were told someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes, almost causing us to miss our flight!

Like: Excellent car condition, friendly staff, clear instructions, especially returning staff very friendly
Dislike: Easirent should hold fuel deposit as charging to credit card incurred exchange rate loss for customer

Like: Liked how easy it was to get the car and drop it back off. That the price was good and low and happy with the similarity and speed
Dislike: N/a

Like: I loved the car, apart from the colour!!!
Dislike: I was a bit nervous about finding the return place especially in the dark but the girl at pick up wrote the route and it was perfect. Thank you.

Like: I liked the fact that Easyrent picked me up at the airport and took me to their office conveniently located where I stayed overnight at the Shannon Springs Hotel.
Dislike: Provide a map of the area.

Con men don’t both, very cheap, I had excess insurance so they were pissedoff that I didn’t take out insurance when I dropped it off they found a scrape that was already there but wasn’t on the paper work so had to fork out £400 so they could make money from me. I will very use again and beware

When picking up the car the guy at the counter painted a very scary picture of insurance situation and informed me that to be fully insured I need to purchase very expensive insurance. I know this is his job and everything he said was accurate but I found it very scary. And the whole process took too long. When I dropped off I found the guy accepted it was rude. He dropped me off at the airport by double parking and gave me a "safety first" advice when I was going to get off from offside of the van. But because he double parked, the near side was equally dangerous.

When ordering it would have been better if the costs were more transparent. Drop off was totally unclear and directions were vague.
