You can arrive of OK Mobility - Madrid Airport - Ok car hire by free shuttle bus.

Terminal 1 1. After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. 2. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals”. 3. Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. 4. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area. Terminal 4 1. After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. 2. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals” down to -1 floor level trough the escalators. 3. Continúe por todo el pasillo de alquiler de vehículos hasta la oficina de OK MOBILITY. 4. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area.

If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent.
