Your rental will be serviced by Enterprise. Upon arrival please be on the lookout for the Enterprise counter located in the Arrivals hall of the airport terminal. Your rental will be serviced there. The car rental counter is located in the Arrivals hall of the Queenstown Airport Terminal opposite to luggage belt 1.

Ferry crossings are allowed. Cross-border travel must be declared to the branch 3+ days in advance; unauthorized travel breaches the contract and incurs penalties. Travel to restricted NZ areas (e.g., Ball Hutt Rd, Skippers Rd, Ninety Mile Beach, Te Paki Stream Bed, Macetown Rd, coast road to Russell, or unformed/gravel roads) voids cover and increases liability.
