Open hours: 08:00 - 21:00. SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 to $1500 will be blocked from your credit card. If you are a Florida resident, security deposit is $2000 and mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. If you do not have proof of insurance (Collision, Liability & Loss of Use), you will be required to purchase it at the rental desk (unless your booking states that insurance is included). You can not use your personal Toll device. You can not leave the state of Florida with the vehicle. MCO PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: To pick up your vehicle, you must take a free shuttle to our premises at 7652 Narcoossee Rd b. Go to ground transportation for shuttle pick up, call us at (+1) 833-469-3946 (local office) when you get to the correct stop. Shuttle frequency: 20-45 minutes. If you are on the A side of the airport, please wait for the shuttle between A11-A13 and call. If you are on the B side of the airport, please wait between B11-B13 and call. For terminal C arrivals, go to stop 277 and call. Once the shuttle picks you up at the designated location, you will be transported to our facility and your vehicle.
