International: Make your way outside door #8, across the first pedestrian crossing, continue to the right hand side Park n Ride Bus Stop. Take the Park n Ride Bus to the Enterprise Rental Office at Park n Ride. Buses run every 5 minutes at International Domestic: Make your way out side door no# 4 Air New Zealand end of the Domestic Terminal. Continue to the Park n Ride Bus stop on the right, take the bus to Enterprise Rental Office at Park n Ride. The Park & Ride bus is an environmentally and child friendly vehicle, is easy to spot in orange and black, and there is plenty of space for all your luggage. The rental office is at 42 Verissimo Drive and is just a few minutes journey to the airport terminals.

We booked the collect time at 2pm, however we arrived there after 3pm but the car was still not ready, we'd waited more than 45 minutes, there were other peoples waiting there car too. Even in their office there was not water or enough chairs while waiting. Maybe they rushed to give us the car, it wasn't clean at all. But what can we do, just take it.
