Our rental office is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all confirmed reservations. KLIA Airport Vehicle Pick-Up Instructions Kindly refer to the appropriate arrival terminal instructions below. 1. Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed to KLIA1 - Arrival Hall located on Level 3 or KLIA2 - Arrival Hall located on Level 2. 2. If at KLIA1, exit through Gate 6 and walk towards Door 6; if at KLIA2, exit through Gate 3 located at the front-left side of the arrival area. 3. Kindly proceed to the outermost lane near Pillar 12, where our representative will be waiting to assist you. 4. Vehicle Drop-Off & Airport Transfer Information Please follow the instructions below for a smooth and convenient vehicle return process. Vehicle Return Procedure 1. Kindly navigate to our office by searching:
“Causeway Car Rental - Kuala Lumpur Airport” via Google Maps or Waze. Alternatively, you may use our full office address: Causeway Car Rental - Kuala Lumpur International Airport, 38-01, Jalan SIP 1, Suria Industrial Park, 43900 Sepang, Selangor. 2. Please drive directly to our office and park the vehicle at the designated parking area located in front of the office. 3. Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with the vehicle inspection and handover procedure. 4. Kindly ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before returning the keys. 5. Once the return process has been completed, our assigned staff will assist you with complimentary shuttle service to your designated KLIA departure terminal (T1 or T2).
