Please contact the staff to pick you up to ACE Rental Cars - Auckland Airport car hire when you arrived.

Free pick-up and drop-off service to branch for customers from 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Shuttle operates to domestic & international terminals and airport accommodation. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call 0800 502 277 (+64 9 256 9944) to arrange after collecting your luggage. Driver will confirm the collection point.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning Your Rental Vehicle Remember to re-fuel your hire car to agreed upon level when returning your vehicle. Our Auckland Airport location operates a complimentary shuttle service for our customers to Auckland Airport's domestic and international terminals from 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal. After Hours Returns If returning your vehicle outside of business hours simply park outside our office, lock the car and place keys in drop box on the right-hand side of front door. Please note that our courtesy shuttles are not available outside of business hours and you will need to make your own way from the branch. IMPORTANT Leaving the car in the Airport Car Parking Lot will cost $30 in addition to all hourly parking charges incurred.

Driver's License Requirements

ACE Rental Cars does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
