Pick Up & Drop Off Hours: Cars: 30 minutes before closing time Campas: One hour before closing time Our Sydney branch is just a short distance from Sydney Airport – only 3.5km – and we’ve teamed up with trusted Joey’s Airport Shuttle should you wish to organise a shuttle for your arrival to this vibrant city. It’s AUD 20 per booking group (up to 4 people) and it’s easy to book in, simply select the option in the booking steps as you are organising your JUCY car or campa and give us a call on 1800 150 850 when you arrive at the airport. Once you have arrived at Sydney Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please phone JUCY on 1800 150 850 and press OPTION 1 then OPTION 4 and let us know you are calling to arrange the shuttle. If you are arriving into the international terminal the shuttle will meet you at Bay 34 in the bus zone. If you land at the domestic terminal head outside, turn left and wait at the shuttle bus area, known as the Horseshoe.

When you've finished your JUCY Adventure, please arrive at the JUCY Sydney branch at least 45 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport.

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.
