T1: exit the terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. T2&T3: go to the exit in front of Exit lounge 5 or 6 and follow the indications to T1. Go up the stairs, walk through the ramp and go down the stairs to the Arrivals Hall, exit the Terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. T4: exit the terminal and cross the zebra crossing and and follow the indications for the “Bus hotel stop"

I booked an Alfa Romeo in Italy but was given a French DS instead. They charged me over 2000 for mandatory insurance and deliberately hid the deposit options. The experience was terrible.

Overall very good, the car was in great condition. I got an MG SUV, and there was a no-liability insurance included automatically. If you don't need it, keep an eye out. I thought it was part of the deposit, but it's acceptable.
