For International arrivals: Exit the main terminal and make your way to the 'Off-Site Shuttle Transfer' where the shuttle marked 'AutoUnion' will collect you. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. For Domestic arrivals: shuttle area is just outside door 8 of Jet Star Terminal. You may also come directly to our office to pick up the car. Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. Autounion does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
