Service attitude was good, but the car was given with an empty tank. They promised to refund the extra fuel I added in cash, but when I returned the car, they didn't mention it. I was in a rush to catch my flight and forgot to bring it up. There was no return point at the airport. I parked in the lot and agreed to pay the parking fee. They charged me 40 liras, but someone at the airport later said it should be 12 liras.

Delayed for three hours to get the car, wasted half a day. Had communication issues with the car rental company.

Frequently doesn't answer the phone

It is easy to find the car pickup location after arriving at the airport, and the shuttle to the car storage location is well-arranged.

The service was excellent! The rental company could deliver the car nearby or to the hotel, and the procedures were very simple. I have rented cars multiple times in various countries, and this company is the most convenient.

The rental company's address was fake. Upon arriving at the airport in the morning, we called and were told to wait at the airport. After a long wait and multiple follow-up calls, they stopped answering altogether. We had no choice but to take a taxi to the address listed on the rental contract. The address turned out to be fake, with no such street number. Finally, after the taxi driver made a call, we managed to pick up the car from a car wash. The taxi fare cost us 300 lira. This company is completely unprofessional.

Two months after renting the car, additional charges were made, claiming a traffic violation in a city I've never been to. Multiple appeals were ignored. I strongly suspect either a mistake or a scam by the rental company.

Service was enthusiastic and vehicle handover was professional. The car was in excellent condition with only 4,000 km on it. Diesel engine with great power and low fuel consumption. Very satisfied.

No car available upon arrival, they said it was due to an accident.

Waited for over three hours. I rented a Mercedes automatic MPV but was given a Ford manual instead.

They didn't mention any car damage when returning the car, but claimed there was damage the next day and charged me for it. Is this appropriate? Full of lies, do they think Chinese people won't bother with a few hundred bucks?

Since it's a small company without a storefront, there was no queue. I received one-on-one dedicated service. The only minor issue was a discussion over currency conversion fees when paying, but everything else was satisfactory.
