Friendly attitude, simple and convenient procedures, no deposit required.

Could never reach international support by phone, only through internet calls to another country. Staff were polite but couldn't solve any problems, making them useless. Return address was wrong, and after calling, was given another wrong address. Wasted 2.5 hours in downtown Toronto traffic and eventually had to ask for directions on the street. The correct address was only two blocks away.

This satisfaction is for the car rental company, definitely not for QEEQ; a frustrating car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st, had pre-booked for a one-way rental, but was told at the counter that the one-way fee of nearly 3000 CAD wasn't included, even though we clearly paid QEEQ, which included the one-way fee. We called the clueless customer service in China and they confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was sure the one-way fee wasn't included and even showed us the order. QEEQ customer service said it might be an internal issue, which delayed our trip that day. QEEQ's mistake is extremely low-level for being in a foreign country! Please share widely for resolution!

Terrible car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st and wasted over two hours at the counter. Previously booked a one-way rental, but at the counter, we were told that the one-way fee, nearly 3000 CAD, was not included. But we had clearly paid all fees including the one-way rental fee through @ZUZUCar. Called the useless customer service in China to negotiate. During the call, the customer service also confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was very sure that the one-way fee was not included. They also showed me the order. ZUZUCar's customer service said it might be an internal operation issue, which delayed our trip for that day. Currently, ZUZUCar has not given any response on how to solve this issue. It's a super low-level mistake by ZUZUCar! No one has handled it so far, seeking wide attention to get this resolved!

The model I booked doesn't exist locally. Not sure whose fault it is. Felt deceived. I don't like Korean cars and prefer the Camry. If it wasn’t available, I might have booked a Ford instead.

The process is simple and the staff is friendly.

Rented the car for a total of 2 days. The attitude was okay when picking up the car, but really bad when returning it. Since our English isn't very good, we saw a charge on the receipt and went back to the counter to ask about it. The counter said we had paid for one day but still owed for another day. We had already paid for two days in full through Zuzuche, so why were we being charged again? We tried calling Zuzuche, but couldn't get through during the National Day holiday. The phone just cut off after a few rings. After much back and forth, we still couldn't reach them. Is this what we can expect during an emergency? By then, the African-American lady at the Alamo counter was very rude and ignored us. We had to ask a male staff member nearby, who finally clarified that no additional payment was needed.
