I went there myself. The branch is very small and hard to find. They require a 1500 CAD deposit, not a pre-authorization. If you accidentally get on the highway or receive a ticket, they charge a 50 CAD administrative fee each time. The most critical issue was that the RAV4 I booked was unavailable, and they gave me a very old and shabby Altima. It made a loud noise at the back, as if the tires were not properly installed. They promised to replace it in two days, which disrupted my plans. However, when I went back two days later, they said the RAV4 still wasn't available. My wife got angry and said the car was too bad, only then did they give us a Camry. They said we could replace it on the third day. To avoid the same issue, I called ahead, and they finally had the car. The worst part of the story happened after I extended my rental and returned the car. They said the deposit would be automatically refunded after a month, but more than a month passed, and after several calls - the first time they said the finance department wasn't available, the second time they said it was noted in the system and would be processed, the third time a cleaner answered and said they would leave a note, and the fourth time they said their UK account was frozen and they didn't know when it would be resolved, so they couldn't refund my money. I can't believe such a terrible company exists in Canada.

Forced pre-purchase of a full tank of gas, aggressive insurance upselling, poor attitude, and the vehicle was in bad condition (perhaps because I didn't buy their upsell).

This is my first time renting from this company. The car was in excellent condition, and the staff was very friendly.

The service was excellent. The entire process took only ten minutes, and I got the car. The car was in great condition, having only run for a little over ten thousand kilometers.

The storefront is small, and it's run by Indian and Pakistani people.
