Since it was a new car, we didn't inspect it too much. But judging from the logbook at the airport pickup and return point, if it's not a new car, it should be thoroughly checked.

Europcar is located on the right side of the arrival hall of Belgrade Airport, very easy to find, with two counters. Bring your paper order and all materials, the process is quick!

Satisfied with both pick-up and drop-off processes, but the company is very slow in providing insurance documents. It's the tenth day now, and they still haven't responded.

Additional charges added. Poor service. Will not use this company again.

I got scammed out of over 3000 for insurance. I did all my homework but still got ripped off.

The quote was in euros, but the actual charge was in local currency (dinars), making a profit on the exchange rate. While the airport exchange rate was 1:115 (euro to dinar), the car rental company charged 1:121, costing me an extra 30 euros, which is about 200 RMB. Additionally, the 35 euro border crossing fee and 5 euro per day per additional driver fee were quoted without tax, so an extra 20% tax was added. Ultimately, I paid 1000 RMB more than the quote.

It's all a scam! The ultimate goal is to get you to buy full insurance. The staff were poker-faced, extremely impatient when problems arose, and left me hanging. Picking up the car took three hours. I'm a tourist; I can't afford to waste time like this. In the end, I rented a downgraded car at double the price—a Mercedes B-Class became a Ford Focus. It's simply indescribable! I strongly demand an investigation. Please, platform, appeal with AVIS in Serbia and give me a fair outcome!!

The staff's attitude was average. We had to drive to the company to get the green book for crossing the border. Why couldn't we get it at the airport rental location?

The weather was cold and rainy. We were asked to drag our luggage to the parking lot, but there was no car available there. We were told to wait for five minutes, but it took about twenty minutes. It was 0 degrees and raining, and after such a long wait, a car with a flat rear tire arrived. We found out and were told we had to wait another hour to change cars. It was too cold, so we dragged our luggage back to the airport to wait. The process was inefficient, and the pick-up staff were very rude with a heavy accent in English, and got impatient when asked to speak slower. We were the only ones renting a car that day, but it took a total of three hours to finally depart.

Belgrade Airport branch. Arrived an hour late for an 8 AM pickup, but it wasn't an issue. The overall process was smooth. They offered me an upgrade from Polo to Golf twice for an additional fee. I politely declined, and they ended up offering a free upgrade, which I gladly accepted. When returning the car at 9 PM, the return window was closed, but there were staff available in the Europcar area of the parking lot to assist.

Our flight was delayed, but the staff waited for us. Their English was excellent, making communication easy.

The car rental company didn't clearly explain that their insurance and the insurance I bought on the rental platform are separate and would cost extra.

They set consumer traps and deceive customers!

We rented a Mercedes but were given a Ford. The female staff member who handled the car rental was extremely rude and unreasonable. She added extra insurance without our consent, claiming she had informed us. Do not fall for this scam. Avoid renting a car from here; it's a complete rip-off.
