THE STAFF LACKED TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF AUTO RENTAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY HATED THEIR JOBS AND CUSTOMERS.

Maybe tell people they need to take multiple shuttles to get to the damn place. Or send the shuttle straight to the airport.

The waiting time was too long. The pickup location is farther from the airport compared to other rental companies.

Car safety like collision sensor needs servicing as indicated in the dashboard otherwise its excellent experience and driving performance.

Staff are easy to deal with.

Free upgrade to Jeep Wrangler. Nice!

The car was ok much bigger engine that I expected The staff were ok

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.

They upgraded our car to a Jeep Wrangler. It was great!

Everything fine and smooth

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.

Booked a small car and got an unwelcome behemoth gas guzzler

This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.

The vehicle did not exceed my expectations because it was supposed to be a Rubicon. It took over a half hour to get the vehicle. The staff at Dollar was not very friendly. They just didn't seem like they cared too much about their job. The staff could have been more friendly. They could have gave me a choices on vehicles to rent. They could have went over the vehicle with me but they did not.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Very easy to book, clear and simple.

Picked up 12:30 am after flight delays and staff was still there from airport to location and I was driving away in 30 minutes
