Scam! Paid in full in advance but still couldn't get the car! No refund! Staff at the store were rude and sarcastic! Couldn't find any official complaint channels, and our subsequent travel plans were ruined due to this, incurring additional costs exceeding the car rental fee!

Very dissatisfied. First, they upgraded the car without permission and didn’t mention additional costs. Second, they claimed the fuel tank was full when it wasn't. Third, the car had scratches but they said it was new. Fourth, nobody accompanied me for the car inspection; I had to check for issues myself and communicate them. Very inefficient.
