Quick car pick up and drop off, no pressure to buy additional stuff, received Great, almost brand new car with low mileage. Received car with full tank of gas, which is not always the standard with rental companies at VCE.

Keep prices low for value oriented customers. And keep up the good work.

Had to wait in line for an hour to get the car at the beginning.

I clarified prior to booking the car to make sure that I can drive the car into Bosnia and I even clarified again when I picked up the car. Everyone said there won't be any issues, but I was not able to enter Bosnia when I came to the boarder. It's in the law that a original green card is needed to enter Bosnia. Alamo just gave me a copy and said it will be good enough. I had to leave the car and get a taxi to Bosnia and rent another car. I do want a refund on the car.

Given lower category of car and no one cared. Staff didn't care and were not helpful in sorting out our problems. Car dirty. Terrible car to drive.

They made us wait for more than an hour and didn’t have the car on hand ... finally gave us a upgrade wich was good. Service was terrible the girl that dis the booking was super rude and that just the beginning...

Counter staff were horrendous. We had planned on adding a driver and potentially taking out extra insurance. The counter staff scoffed at us when she found out we ordered a panda. "good luck" was the response when she saw the buggy and intimated it would never fit. She also used the words "up sell" constantly without giving any insight into what we were getting in the up sell, just that we had to have it in order to get xxx. I work in tech sales and I would never ever tell a client "oh in order to get xxx you need to buy an upsell" invest in a consultative sales team. If the staff had of said something like "we can't offer xxx on the base package unfortunately, but we can upgrade you for £xx and you will be able to get what you want plus all these other benefits" the experience would have been far better.

At first on reading the pick up details (Venice airport)I was a little sceptical.. but I followed the instructions and he pick up shuttle arrived in minutes. A short drive to the office and the the rental process was straight forward with great staff making life easy.The car was as expected and in excellent condition.

Booking process was very easy and did not have any reason to contact Easyrentcars there after.

We had booked a small van with a standart transmission because there was 4 of us with a lot of big luggage. When we got there, they only had a small van with an automatic transmission and they wanted to charge us $25.00 Euro per day extra. We ended up getting a SUV that barely fit all of our luggage. It was not what we asked for!

pick up process in need of upgrading, car overall o.K.

First car was cancelled by the rental car company after a few days and I had to go back on the website and find another one. They had offered a replacement but at twice the price. Found another myself for a better deal.

Very easy to use. Friendly check-in experience in foreign country. Process took about 10-15 minutes. No issues.

Audi A3 diesel is a good and low km car. However it took over 90 mins to get served and receive the car. Other patrons had the same experience - we were not alone. Car arrived dirty, damaged and with low oil warning light on. I've never had to add oil for a hire car before. Europcar later tried to blame me for damages to the vehicle, thankfully we took many pics on receipt of the vehicle to prove our innocence. Customer service at Europcar have been unresponsive to emails throughout the experience.

Great experience; free shuttle to/from airport, no queue at pick up and speedy friendly service. Being away from airport made first few miles on wrong side of the road easy. Car as promised. Overall highly recommended.

We waited a long time to pick up the car. When returning, the parking garage where we told to return it was full and it took a long time to straighten out where to go.

I loved how they emailed me when they found a better price!

The car was sufficient. I only needed a small car. I am not a fan of Smart cars but it was okay.

It worked out very well. The price was right. The insurance offered was good. I am a satisfied customer.
