car was ok but the phone number provided for the shuttle didn't existed, the customer service as well, there was no direct contact with the local agency, through the online support managed to get a phone contact that redirect my call to a.different country. Someone had to come from 40km away just to take me to the agency 2km away where i got the car at the end, the agency clerk didn't offer any apology neither any partial refund for the time and petrol wasted by the person who took me to the agency. Extremely unacceptable

Great car for price.

Only issue was the regular pick up location was closed. We didn’t know about this till we had arrived at the published pick up location . Meant having to spend another 10-15 minutes to get to the temporary pick up point. Would have been good to have known about this is advance!

The car was advertised as being available for collection in the airport terminal. It was not and we had to walk across a building site a car park to get to a random petrol station before waiting for a minibus which then took us to another location. This is completely unreasonable and 100% not what was advertised. I would like my money back as I never would have hired the car had I known it would take an hour to collect.

Generally good but having to fill out or wait to have all my data put into the hertz system is slow. Should be able to do it all (most) online and simply show some id, signs a already printed out sheet and be on my way

The attitude was very poor. They automatically canceled my reservation just because I was one hour late. Since I had prepaid the full amount, I couldn't get a refund. Extremely bad service!

Car pickup and drop off process was quick and smooth. No games, no frivolous charges that you sometimes get with the startup car rental companies. From my multiple experiences with car rentals in Italy, I've concluded that it's best to rent from known brands, even if it costs a little more.

I will continue to use easyrentcars, as long as I find value with their car selection.

I am disputing my bill. I was charged for insurance I didn’t ask for, winter chains I didn’t get & for a slight scratch on one hubcap that’s barely noticeable, requires no repair or replacement. If Europe Car doesn’t correct these charges I will not be using them again.

There was an issue with the automated system that caused a delay picking the car up. Staff were efficient, helpful and apologised for the delay.

We didn’t get what we expected , we wanted to drive a 500 or similar , and we got a panda due to availability

No water in the windscreen washer and the windscreen not so clean. Great not to be hassled about insurance, my own insurance happily accepted at the pick up desk.

The car rental company in Naples was quite difficult to find; it took us three hours to locate it.

O carro estava sejo por dentro. Cobram taxas extras por tudo. O local para retirada / guichê é péssimo ( VCE Airport ). Me deram um ticket de estacionamento que não funcionava, e precisei voltar ao guichê para pegar outro... Sinceramente, me arrependi, e só não devolvi o carro antes do prazo, pois não tinha como cancelar os hotéis que tinha reservado.

Easy to locate the checkout counter and actual vehicle. The back seats were a bit dirty, the car was great and we didn’t have any issues.

Do not rent from Ecovia/Autovia. I picked up the car at the airport, drove it to a gated residence, and parked it and didn't drive it again until I returned the car to the airport. When I returned the car, they found a "scratch" on the Back of the mirror and Ecovia wants to charge me about $160. This is a ridiculous and frivolous charge. First, it was late at night, dark and rainy when I picked up the car. I did a cursory inspection of the vehicle but who checks the back of the mirror for scratches? No American company would charge you for this. Just look at the attached picture ! I'm sure the scratch was already on the car when I picked it up because it was parked undisturbed in a garage at a residence. Maybe I was penalized for not purchasing their insurance. I appealed the charge to Ecovia/Autovia to no avail. The other practice that this company did was to give me the car with the tank 2/8ths full of gas. When this happens, the customer Always returns the car with more gas because he/she does not want to be charged. The customer deserves a car with a full tank of gas at pick-up. Start-up rental companies like Ecovia with unethical practices like this should be avoided. They drive you to the major car rentals where you know you will pay more but they won't try to screw you like Ecovia is doing to me. The low price isn't always a good deal. It bothers me that this company is getting away with screwing me on such a frivolous charge. Just look at the picture. I will not rent from Ecovia again. Buyer beware of Ecovia/Autovia!

Very bad company, Manipulating, A theftry gangster I will never ever book a car with them I can not trust budget at all. I their concern is money they can steal one customer but with time they will close the company soon trust me

We have had very serious trouble with charges from Maggiore amounting to many Euroes. The reason is that Maggiore did not register our car properly (we ordered a BMW 3-series, but was given a 1-series - that was to small for us. Thus we changed to a Audi Q3 that was OK. But the person that got the BMW that we should have had was speeding and somehow the car was still registred on us... I have now received a fine from Italian police from a person driving a BMW at a location that I have never been. I was climbing mountains at the same time... The Maggiore will have to reimburse med for all the fines they have charged direkctely to my credit card and have to contatct italian poice (V/90746490X/2018) to have them cancel the fine.
