Well the Invoice given to me by Budget at the time of car pick up was for Euro 48, however they increased the price to Euro 64 at the time of drop off. Kindly refund the difference amount as soon as possible.

They service was nice polite & efficient,they upgraded the car on arrival & notice that my luggage was too big to my first order. when i called them for inquiry during the the vacation they answer wright away.

the booking platform was just fine.

The charges were significantly higher than the listed prices on the platform. The cross-border fee was 45 euros, after-hours pickup fee (e.g., after 9 PM) was 59.39 euros, and an additional driver cost 80 euros. None of these were clearly disclosed during the paperwork process at the counter. After returning the car, the final invoice was 200 euros more than the platform indicated!

The Security Deposit for the car to hire was rediculous. 1000 euro was roughly $1600 AUD for me. This required me to shift money around on pickup to cover and i still haven’t received the funds back which is inconvenient currently for the rest of my trip where I need the $$$. I also checked over the car before leaving and lucky I did as there was damage on the roof which has not been documented from the previous rental driver. This was a near miss and I could easily have been slapped with the bill as a result.

Picking up, using, and returning the car was very convenient. I recommend buying insurance at the rental location. I booked a Citroën but received an Opel, which was stable even at 160 km/h on the highway. The car had some scratches, but they informed me beforehand. I just handed over the keys when returning.

Avis/Budget renturn staff is unfriendly. They know where is a damage under the car... but it was cheap

We arrived 2 hours late, and the store informed us that there were no cars left. We had prepaid in full; shouldn't the car's usage rights belong to us for these days? It's not like we only paid a deposit.

Car was in a superb condition; sparkling clean. However, the booster seat could have been better cleaned. The address on the rental confirmation were not helpful. The actual pick-up location was just a 10-15 minutes walk from my apartment, but trying to find the location based on addresses given led me to go back and forth on the train. Finally I gave a call and used Google Map to locate its exact location. The address led me to the other end of that very long street. Wasted about an hour just to find the place. Great that the counter staff were friendly enough. Would appreciate a brief explanation regarding the vignette class - what it means and what roads can or cannot be used. It seems I was charged additional for something, but thus far I am unable to find out what is it about.

The counter staff were very polite. They suggested paid upgrades but didn't push. Their English was good, so communication wasn't an issue.

The staff were very kind and upgraded our vehicle for free when they saw we had a lot of luggage.

They informed me about all the processes and precautions and even offered a free upgrade.

Average service with pressuring customers. They did not acknowledge the insurance bought on the rental platform, causing us to spend an extra 200 euros on insurance. They mentioned it was optional, but in case of an incident, even with other insurance, they would still charge us.

Good service attitude

Great service, the car was very new, and they patiently explained the cost details. When recommending insurance, I showed them QEEQ's reminders, and they promptly accepted them.

I have submitted a very lengthy feedback email directly to the Eurpocar desk in Vienna airport. I can share a copy with you if you wish. Their company representatives' responses to us were shocking and drastically impacted our holiday. I will never use Europcar again. the car was acselent. but ther should be a man with us when we peaked up the car. insted we had to go all the way back to the counter and tell them about 2 more screches that wasnt writen. in the check out the man who checked us out said that ther was a screch on the will cover. the screch was ther from the begining and the man in the counter didnt write it doun

On the day of the rental, we followed the GPS to the rental address and saw the rental company's logo, which made us very excited. However, the office was empty, and a nearby staff member told us that the rental company had moved last month, but we had not received any notification. So, our whole family, with all our luggage, had to spend money on a taxi to get to the new rental location. The staff at the new location were quite nice and processed our rental without any issues, but they didn't tell us where the car was. I had to find it myself, and the car key didn't have the license plate number, so it took a while to locate. The child safety seat needs to be installed by the user because if there's an accident, the rental company would be blamed. What kind of logic is that?

1. We weren't informed that we needed a pass for crossing the border, only told to show relevant documents to the police if needed, resulting in a 150 Euro fine. 2. The amount charged didn't match what was told at the location, they overcharged us by more than 3500.
