Pickup and return were smooth, but the vehicle maintenance was lacking. On the first day, the oil warning light came on after driving less than 200 kilometers. We were asked to purchase and add oil ourselves, then get reimbursed. When returning the car and discussing compensation, they said we only called the emergency hotline and didn't notify the store, so no compensation was given.
Followed airport signs to locate the rental office, which is in the airport parking lot. All rental companies are together, so it's easy to find and convenient. The process was quite fast, and there weren't many people in line.
They charged an extra $294 when picking up the car, even though my booking already included all additional fees such as border crossing. I had to call the rental company, which resulted in a long-distance phone charge, and the final cost was €741.
The store is located underground in a park, very hard to find, with unclear signs. The staff's attitude was average; they didn't even inform us that the car was on a different floor and told us to find it ourselves.
Purchased full insurance through the rental website. Without any explanation, the staff at the counter added extra insurance and fuel service fees to the contract. Only noticed the extra charges after returning the car. This is not the first time this location has done this! Be very cautious when choosing.

About AVIS:10.0/10
I just handed over the rental voucher and driving license translation to pick up the car, with no upselling of additional costs. Since the Benz A-class model I booked was unavailable, they provided a diesel version of the Peugeot 5008 instead. The power was quite good and I enjoyed driving at 150 km/h on the German roads!
The service at the counter was inefficient. We were scheduled to pick up the car at 9 PM on July 8th and arrived at the counter around 8 PM. However, we waited for over an hour to get the keys. After signing the contract, they didn't give us the exit card for the parking lot, so we had to walk back to get it, which was very inconvenient.
