They said it's in the airport, but it's actually outside the airport. There are no signs, so it was very hard to find, located in an inconspicuous corner. The staff's attitude was indifferent. When returning the car, they made me wait and I almost missed my flight. The car was in average condition, the engine protection shield came off while driving due to loose screws, and the car had many scratches. Luckily, I took videos and pictures; otherwise, there would've been disputes when returning the car. They didn't care when I picked up the car but checked it meticulously when I returned it. The overall experience was not very good.

Our 14-day self-driving trip in Serbia and Montenegro went very smoothly. The car was in great condition, and the staff at the store were very friendly. Highly recommended.

The overall service was alright. They briefly tried to sell me insurance, but after I declined, they didn't push further.

The return inspection was so meticulous that it seemed they were deliberately looking for flaws. No other car rental company in other countries does this. There were two tiny marks that could be polished off with wax; they might have been there when I picked up the car. A normal person wouldn't see them without a magnifying glass. Luckily, I had insurance. Overall, I don't recommend this company.
