Other hirers before us in the queue appeared to take too long we waited over an hour

The only issue was that i was expecting on-airport pickup when in fact there was a mini bus to the depot which wasn’t advertised so I had no idea where to go. Having asked at many other hire companies, a taxi driver told me to wait in the bus area and a bus would possibly arrive. Everything else was first rate and I’ll still use Alamo

We waited for a very long time firstly for the courtesy bus from the airport and then for the actual pickup. There was only one staff member on duty and there was a queue of people waiting. It was late at night and people were getting frustrated. The staff then tried to sell all customers additional unnecessary insurance which caused further delays when clients challenged this. The staff member became very shirty when challenged but I think this was his own frustration st having to cope on his own. We also did not get a full refund when we returned the car full of fuel. I am currently challenging this with them directly.

Very easy. Query on car had long search to find rhodium booth. 2floors away. No one helpful about !! Would have been ideal If a notice in car detailing where booth was!! Wasted a lot Of time.

Car was totaly different from what I asked. The location of the car in the park was different from what they told me. Terrible.

The staff were very friendly when renting the car. After returning it, I found my wallet had slipped between the seats and I forgot to take it. I went back in the afternoon to find it, but they said the car had already been rented out again and that they couldn't contact the new renter. The next day I went back again, and they said they had contacted the new renter who claimed there was nothing in the car. I believe they didn’t actually look for it and simply didn't want to deal with the issue. I'm sure the wallet fell in the car and they just didn’t care. Very disappointing.

No instruction provided on where to get the shuttle from at Malaga Airport in the booking confirmation. I had to phone Click Rent to find out where to go. Beware the low prices - Click Rent goes for the hard sell at the counter for extra insurance - roadside assistance isn’t even included. When you decline the additional cover the company looks for other ways to make money out of you. In my case damage was found on the vehicle after I returned it which may or may not have been there when I picked it up (it was in a place you wouldn’t necessarily have checked). I wonder how many people they have charged over €1000 to fix this same damage? Luckily I had my own insurance but definitely feel like I have been scammed by this company. Never again

The woman on the desk hardly spoke english, she didn't give proper instructions to find the car and it took us an hour to find it despite asking 3 times, then I found that she charged me again for the rental even though I had already pre-paid and I have not had that money back yet!

Absolute rogues. Paid for full insurance cover and then they add £200 worth of cover onto the bill. Avoid!

lots of hassle on extra insurance also over charged on fuel even though returned car back with full tank. very dissapointed

Smal plastic cover on driver's door handle at the lock went missing during hire. At drop off I pointed this out and was told someone had tried to break in as he demonstrated that the door lock did not work. There didn't appear to be any damage and I only used the remote control to gain entry and for locking. Anyhow I was not in a position to argue and accepted the repair cost 444 euros. which is very steep. Thankfully I was able to claim the full cost through my excess car hire insurance I purchased separately before we travelled. Can't fault RecordGo as they did email the damage report to me to enable the insurance company to agree the claim.

Lady at customer service persistent at selling us insurance

Terrible staff and crooks on counter. They were fighting with every customer asking extras like their insurance and change the price what was originally booked online. We have to pay 280€ instead of 34€ which was booked online. The same was other customers. We were cancelling how ever it was too late at night and had either to stay in a hotel or pay them what they demanded. Terrible company and will never use them again.

Good team, good car, none of the usual ‘hidden extras’ nonsense you get from so many hire firms around Malaga airport. Well done NIZA - keep up the good work...

Staff member was helpful and spoke good English. Cat was a brand new Citroen. Good service

I paid for a big car because I have 3 tall children and they said we will upgrade your car then they gived us a car with any space in the back ...they are liar and thief...I want to be patially remburse...

Although I could not fault the car itself, I was extremely disappointed with the hidden costs, namely over-priced fuel and a whopping €1100 deposit, with a 30 day wait for a refund. Oh, and an attempt to upsell over-priced car insurance.
