Easy to pick up and drop off, and the car got the job done in the end. I do wish they'd had what I'd booked (a hybrid vehicle), but unfortunately they didn't and were offering me alternatives that cost more (Tesla) or were tiny two-door electric vehicles that wouldn't fit me plus my luggage. Had to go with a full petrol option instead.

Europcar outsourced the car rental service to Fox Rent a Car, making me feel like I was being deceived. The service took an extremely long time; it took over 2 hours from when we entered the shop to when we got the car. The rental company is not at San Francisco Airport and requires a shuttle bus to reach.

We had to wait ages to pick up the car. I was only 3rd in the queue but waited over an hour - it seems the Thrifty staff spent ages trying to upsell each customer, hence the wait. By the time I was seen, the queue was around 20 people long and growing. By contrast, the drop off procedure was swift and efficient and the car itself was as ordered and expected

Perfect car for this trip. Really appreciated the comfort and space of the car.

It supposed to be Errocar but the booking was through Fox. Bad experience with fox, unnecessary wait at pick-up, extremely inefficient, very disappointed experience

The car was not the one advertised in my booking but « an equivalent car » which never look as good as what I booked. It took some time to do the paper work - and finding the car ! - at pick up Everything else was great

Thrifty overbooked their rental cars, which caused we waited more 2 hours. The staff solicited me to raise cost to upgrade car & get car soon, otherwise there will be 2 more hours waiting. I provided my phone number to get their notice. After 2 hours waiting by the counter, they did not inform me the car was ready until I approached asked the staff, then he said my car was ready....

Two extremely bad experiences. Upon arriving, I was asked to upgrade and the staff had an arrogant attitude. I received a car without a coolant cap, which was unbelievably terrible!

A few years ago when I was on rotation in the U.S., I often used your booking website. The experience was great, the prices were fair, and the interface was in Chinese, which reduced the chance of misunderstanding. However, this time's experience has made me reconsider whether to directly book with a larger brand like Avis for my next U.S. car rental... This rental company insisted on not providing the originally reserved car. Initially, they claimed it was because we were going to Yosemite, even after explaining to the staff that we were not going there and evaluating the price difference, they still insisted that the originally reserved car was unavailable regardless of how long we waited and required us to pay an additional $20 per day. Ironically, we later saw the same car model in Yosemite... Additionally, we were also half-forced to add insurance and the option to return the car with an empty tank, which cost us over $100 more. They claimed it was more cost-effective, but after leaving, we realized that even if we used the more expensive gas, it would have cost only about $70 to fill up from nearly empty... In the end, besides the amount paid on your website, I had to pay an additional $500... Honestly, after a long flight to the U.S., I was already very tired, and I just wanted to pay to avoid delaying the rest of my trip. Renting the car became the only unpleasant part of the entire trip. For travelers who do not frequently visit the U.S. and are unfamiliar with the local rules, Dollar is really an unfriendly car rental company.

The collection process was very smooth, the car was clean when it turned up. I did feel slightly rushed to drive the car away. It wouldve felt a little better if the car had been in a place where I could've looked it over without feeling in the way. Dropping the car off at the airport was very easy.

I searched through Kayak and ended up booking through qeeq . I was kept updated with what I needed to have.

Waited for a long time in the queue. Initially had no cars available and didn’t know when they would become available. The car provided was scratched (29 photos of dents and scratches) and dirty with only 1/8 tank of fuel. Oil service was overdue with consistent fault indicator. Service provided by staff was poor.

QEEQ shared the wrong pick-up location for the car: We waited for 40mims at the hire location only to be informed we had to go to a different pick-up location. Then after going to 2 separate locations, waiting in line, the hire car provider initially had no cars available.

Everything has been perfect, and return very quick. The vehicle perfect as well.

The prices and facility is very good.

Wait time was nearly 2 hours to pick up the car but lady a counter was very helpful when we finally got there. Car that we booked was not available but we were upgraded.

Price drop was great, saved £25.
