Let’s start off with the wait of an HOUR to be assisted. There was only ONE person at the counter. Thalia or whatever her name is at the counter that was working on Friday May 3rd at 9:30am is HORRIBLE ! She lacks manners, very RUDE &disrespectful. Deposit for the rental is a THOUSAND DOLLAR HOLD !! Which is beyond ridiculous ! I’ve used many other places &the deposit was nothing Ofer 500$. Never again will I use fox rental services

Always low prices

Great rental car experience. The car was very comfortable for our 9 hour drive. The location of Budget was convenient we didn’t have to wait long. The lady at the counter was very efficient and helpful. We picked up the car a few hours earlier without a problem as she stated on the phone. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful.

Waited LONG time at check in counter. Only 2 desks open with long line, and each check in way too long - 19 mins per on average!

Pick up and drop off we’re efficient. Car was clean

Extremely long wait at pickup. Only 3 agents and one was always gone so basically only 2 working at a time. Entire process took around 90 minutes which I feel is ridiculous.

Booking was easy. No issues with Easyrentcars.

They over charge for the sun pass. I would never use them again

The man that checked us in lied to us about the cost of tolls to get us to buy the sun pass and lied about the mileage per gallon by twice what it was. Spoke to manager he said I could get a discount next time but that didn’t help me get my money back

The car was in terrible condition. The interior was stained and dirty, and the exterior was dented and scratched.

Tried to pressure sell additional insurance. Wrong size car given had a mid size suv instead of large suv. Could never get through to Customer services on phone!!

Waited in line for a car I reserved on line for over 2 hours and when I got up there was told fox does not have the car I ordered. Was given a van that I could not fit in because I an short. The man who helped get the keys was good and helped me get a small car which is what I ordered. I will not rent from fox again. Long time wait for a reserved car on line. Thanks.

It took almost an hour once we arrived at the airport to pick up the car. There were initially only two people working and a line out the door. I was offered a million different things I had already declined online when I booked all costing more. Even a discount on tolls which there were none of. I knew that since I had already been to the same area before but the agent didn’t tell me that. Anything for more money. However the vehicle was great as well as the return process.

I will never use FOX again, I stood in line for an hour, there were 3 people working, spending a lot of time with each customer? A fourth person came on just as it was my turn, it took me only 10 min to get my rental? Maybe if they spent less time trying to sell more options and get the people thru there wouldn't be a long line at busy times, never again I don't care if FOX is cheaper than the other rentals

Budget representative professionalism, time in line to rent, and pricing exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars.

The car was great. I wish I was told a little more about the Easy Pass - Sun Pass for tolls. I bought the option but didn’t know specifically which toll lanes to use or how it gets billed.

There was one man working, a line of people out the door, and unhappy customers everywhere. The first car they put me in was completely unclean and stank terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different car, as I am a singer. They said they only thing left was this crappy Kia that had not been cleaned and had no gas. Because I was in a hurry after waiting an hour, I had to take it. What a mess.....
