The cleaning of the car was not good and we had a problem with the windshield washer, the water jet it wasn’t working and we had some problems with it in the trip.

Meet and greet service at las vegas airport - but didn't know that before arrival. And couldn't get through to mobile number in UK to arrange pick up when we arrived.

Took over an hour standing in line to get to agent, then 25 minutes with agent. Toyota or other full size I reserved not available so I was offered an SUV which I didn’t want. Had to find the Manager to finally get a Ford; this took 20 more minutes. On leaving the Las Vegas agency, check out person could not explain how to use speed control, head lights, adjust the mirrors, open gas door, etc; I had to pull to the side of the road and read the manual.
I don't undertand why they are renting specific cars online and when you get to the location they only have 2 kind and on top of that, the cars were all scratched with hits all around. The counter person was rude and and even got attitude after you reject their insurance or any other things they sell.

The Fox salesman did try to sell us a lot of stuff that we did not need. He tried to sell us the upgrade for an additional $375.00. Then when there was only one full size car on the lot, they gave us a "roomier" SUV.

I had requested special services ie a wheelchair. The staff at Advantage sent my partner outside to get help. The staff outside sent my partner back to Advantage claiming they should provide the wheelchair assistance. After all the back and forth we eventually received wheelchair assistance from an Advantage employee.

The booking platform was a bit challenging and not very intuitive. After tinkering around I was able to book my reservation.
The car had dents, scratches, & several other marks on the passenger doors. When I notified them of the damage I was told to just take a picture. It was a bit excessive & asked for a different car. I was told to just take a picture that I wouldn’t be billed for it.
They did not provide the requested mid-size SUV. They assigned three to me and asked me to wait for them being cleaned. Within 5-10 min these cars were given to other customers. I had to take a small vehicle and bring it back for an exchange next day for the reserved SUV. I wasted hours and money for their mistake and mistreatment.
The bill was difficult to understand. Waited too long at the counter to get a vehicle - there were 3 people already at the counter -we were next and took 30+ minutes to get a car - everything was prebooked.
The car was not clean thoroughly, I found M&M wrappers and other trash under the driver seat.
When we returned the car, the company was going to charge $50 cleaning fee. We have sands in the carpets, not a lot because we did try to clean it by taking the carpet off and shaking it.

I didn’t get the right car so the agent told me to upgrade into a standard SUV, Hyundai Santa Fe. She told me for 10.00 a day but in my last e-mail it’s 12.00 dollars that was 2.00 dollars more. That’s completely stealing my hard earned money so I’m rating you guys poor monetary and service wise. ☹️

The wait in line to pick up the car was a bit slow. Eventually a third agent began processing which sped things up. As seems typical these days, there was high pressure to add supplemental insurance and the prepaid gasoline option, which I declined. When picking a car we were told to pick any car in a certain section. Three were there and all three had "do not rent- lost keys" signs so we had to go back and get redirected to another section. After we got the car, everything else was great- no problems. The car was fine and got very good gas mileage. Returning the car was quick and easy.
Staff was very friendly but I was charged $111.00 fuel surcharge and now I'm waiting for a credit. Make sure you read your receipt before you leave counter. Just in case.
Very good experience. The only issue was a wait in line to write up contract. Had 4 counters, but used only 2. Once the other 2 counters filled, the line moved quicker.
