the car was dirty, smelled like smoke, gas was not full, I believe I was downgraded cars. The gas tank was not full but expected to bull at return.... Could not get a hold of customer service to extend rental.. could not return the car until rental was extended so no late fee was given.. it kept transferring me to avis which could not help me... it was a complete run around...

Good attitude, had to wait for one customer. They overcharged me $20 for insurance, currently discussing with QEEQ to get a refund.

The air port shuttle did not go to this location should of mentioned that drop off times not convenient for air travel, staff not that friendly.

booking was easy price drop did not come into effect.

Good price. Fair overall service at best. The car was overdue for retirement.

I have to wait for about 2 hours to get the car. More than 2 other customers in the line cancelled their booking due to the long waiting time.

When I returned the car, the reserves lot no 20 was taken and we were not sure where to park the car. It was not easy calling the given no as it was a Sunday. Overall experience was bad

Quite satisfied, booked the car for 12:30, arrived early, and they let us take the car right away without any issues.

We were upgraded to a better car than what we reserved and everything else was solid. Overall a very positive experience.

We had an ideal experience with Easyrentcars.com. The initial price was unbelievable and they even re-booked it with an even better rate. The value was off the charts. We will definitely be using them in the future.

No wiper fluid topped up, electrical chargers didn't work at all, cruise control didn't work every time, tire grip not the best. Paid extra to upgrade and it didn't feel like an upgrade at all.

The car was downgraded.

Returning my sunglasses would have been nice since I was there waiting for the shuttle for 15 minutes after it was taken for review.

Easyrentcars app worked fine

The counter staff was very helpful. The car that we originally supposed to rent had a strong smell like a dog/pet had been in the SUV although it looked clean.I have animal allergy and is very sensitive to it that triggers an asthma attack. The staff was understanding of the situation and gave us a different rental. The other thing that I disagree on is that although we paid by credit card, a $500.00 security deposit was charged which I think is too much.

Staff very cooperative and pleasant.

Insurance is confusing to choose , wish it was cheaper and easier to buy

This is the 2nd time I rented from Fox and the service was excellent and accommodating. I wasn't happy with the first car and upgraded the next day and it was done quickly and smoothly.

They did not have the car we rented upgraded us for free to a Toyota Camry all done no paperwork took about 5 minutes great experience

Computers were a problem on the day and my order had to be processed manually which the staff did well but I still had to wait an unacceptable time in collecting and returning the car. I now have to go to additional effort to get my security deposit back unless this is something you can sort for me now? Otherwise I was told to ring a 1800 number.
