We were threatened by the girl who did the paperwork for the pick up. I did not realize that it only included one driver so we opted not to add that she said if my husband was caught driving he would go to jail for theft. Then when we mentioned going to California she tried to force us into buying a toll package she said there were hidden toll highways everywhere and no way to avoid them and each time it would cost us $50 - We chose not to get that either but instead register the rental through California Tolls- This experience affected the trip I have NEVER felt fearful driving a rental but this time the anxiety was high. We will NEVER use Advantage again.
waited 30 minutes in line. did not have correct class of vehicle. tried to talk me into a more expensive vehicle. wound up taking a vehicle in a lower class than originally reserved.
Staff lied about what insurance was needed. First representative said we were at the wrong counter, couldn't find our reservation, second guy found it in two seconds, then lied and ripped us off with the insurance.
Car had wear off tires. It was completely unsafe for our family. Also advantage charged $200 deposit instead holding it. It eventually means that as foreign currency cards will be charged a thefty conversation fee. Very disappointed
Shuttle service for both pickup and return at the airport was very convenient, and the business process was quite clear and standard. However, there was no so-called Chinese service available at all, even after I asked.
Wanted a V8, but the one I ordered wasn’t in so I had to upgrade. Went into the car park and there was the car I originally ordered. Not impressed by this and I’m still waiting for the receipt 4 days after dropping the car off. I also had to pay extra in case the car broke down and needed picking up. Why am I paying for your car to be picked up if it breaks down? You should be delivering a new car to me and apologising.
I ordered a Toyota Camry or similar but the employee showed that I ordered a Toyota Sienna, it worked out ok since it was bigger, just not what I expected.

I was happy with the customer service I received when picking up the car. The counter person was friendly and professional and the representative at the gate was very helpful in reviewing the car with me. Both made the process go quickly and got me on my way to start enjoying Vegas! Kudos to both representatives. The return went just as smoothly, the representative there was polite and professional, we walked around the car together and she printed out my receipt and told me what charges and credits to expect on my credit card. Overall great service.
The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to take two shuttles from the airport to the car rental place.
Average. They said the car would be available at my hotel, but I had to go to the neighboring hotel to get it after finishing the paperwork at my own hotel. It took a while to find. Moreover, after getting the key at the neighboring hotel, it was a long walk to the parking lot.
depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service!
Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
Did not know was not in rental car center. Another shuttle. Also not open early enough to drop car and make early a.m. flight out so had to drop the nite before.

About ACE:7.3/10
The car was challenging due to the lack of trunk space for luggage. Also, it was not made clear that we would have to take 2 different shuttles to get to ACE & then back to the airport. Would have been much better if the ACE shuttle took us directly to the airport on the return trip.
