Not a bad experience, however the car had several flaws that I went over with a fine tooth comb. Scratches, missing wheel cover, etc. Other problem I had with them was they listed a 5 p.m. return time. They claimed I stated that in my rental request posted online....b.s. My flight didn't even land until 5:20 (scheduled) on Sun. 2/24, which is why I listed an approx. 6 p.m. pickup time...NOT 5 p.m. Had to hurry there inconveniently, as well as getting them on the phone. They finally answered by the time I arrived & I requested no extra charges be administered based on what I described, which they accepted.

Advantage was great. The lady I dealt with Add the car return was ridiculous. My cousin was wanting to take over the rental of the car but she didn't expressed to us that you needed a bank card and till the whole process was done and my cousin went to pay and I had already returned the vehicle while my cousin only had prepaid cards she couldn't do it then I was left without a vehicle also

Counter staff was great he explained everything to us and made sure that we understood everything. No hassles at all.

Car wasn’t properly registered and I was pulled over by the police twice and threatened with a ticket each time. Car was eventually switched out but new car had bald tires that hydroplane in the wet and dry weather. I had to postpone and cancel destinations during trip. Gentleman that brought the vehicle to me and picked vehicle up was excellent.

They charged an extra $68. Although we had no issue communicating in English, we still got scammed out of more than $60. The insurance and fuel charges were totally unfair! Be cautious! The so-called basic insurance they offer is their own, I thought it was from the rental platform. Also, regardless of how much fuel you return, they charge a $40 fuel fee, even though filling up the tank didn't cost us $40. It's really unfair. The only advantage is the car was decent, but any company should have good cars.

Didn't get the promised Quest model, received an older car with nearly 100k miles. The company asked me to contact the platform. Won't rent from this company again.

A long wait, late at night, to get the car. I declined all extra insurance, but the agent at the counter put me down for extra liability coverage anyway. I initialed a box that accepted this, thinking I was initialling to decline extra coverage. I didn't discover this until returning the car. Bottom line - I feel I was scammed out of USD $226 and will not rent here again.

I was supposed to get the price of $230 but ended up paying $305.

Very quick rental process with very little paperwork. They didn't push extra options or insurance on me.

The car I reserved (small SUV) was in the shop and wouldn't be available until the following afternoon. The agent offered a large 8-9 passenger van or a sub compact Toyota. Not acceptable. He took me to a different car rental agency.

We booked over a month in advance, but when we arrived at the pickup location, they said the car wasn't suitable for four people. After showing the reservation information, they claimed the car we booked wasn't available. They only offered a pickup truck or a smaller model. We ended up taking the pickup truck to the airport to exchange for another car. The replacement car was very old, with more than 38,000 miles on it and very high fuel consumption. The staff at the pickup location had a poor attitude.

Total cost was $94US but I saw a A$400+ charge on my credit card. No damage to car before or after and returned with a full tank. Looking for a credit in days to come, never advised that a holding amount would be taken.

I was told at pickup that The car did not have a spare tyre. I expect a spare tire no matter the size of the car!

Very easy to work with, great customer service and very affordable

All in all the car was great and service good. The frustrating thing was the extra insurance costs and fee's. Bill come in at twice the quoted rate.
