The car rental company is very good.

I was charged twice for a parking violation, and the fees were directly deducted from my credit card without my knowledge. The toll fees were also charged multiple times. After returning the car, I was charged AED 350 for a small scratch on the bumper, which could have been fixed for AED 50 at a repair shop.

Average service, the curry smell was too strong, be cautious.

All responses are just corporate nonsense. Garbage.

Terrible. When returning the car, a staff member tried to send me away and bothered my wife. I found out later. Absolutely reported him! Parking location at the airport is super hard to find. I really wanted to confront him.

Constant communication throughout the process, 3 hours! My goodness. All sorts of fees were not clearly communicated beforehand.

The staff at National were indifferent.

Terrible experience. Do not choose this rental company. The Pakistani guy was extremely friendly when picking up the car, but his attitude changed completely when returning it. They found all sorts of problems and ended up charging me nearly 10,000 RMB.

Good service

The wait time to pick up the car was too long.

I went to the service desk at Terminal 1, but they helped me with the car pickup even though it should have been Terminal 2. It was a pleasant experience!

Overall it's fine. When giving the car, they just let you have a quick look. During inspection, they use a UV flashlight to check the whole car and found scratches under the side skirts.

Like: Convenient

I don't understand why there were extra charges during the rental period.

Like: Car was new and in good condition. Best part is, got it at a great price after discount. The staff who showed us our car was friendly and honest.
Dislike: The staff at the counter could've been a bit friendlier (then again, it was close to midnight and they were probably tired). Although we took full coverage on the website, the staff at the counter still suggested we took a separate insurance at extra charge - which confused us as to why we should be taking 2 separate insurances. We decided to forego the offer of course.

When picking up the car, I was informed that an international credit card is required. Dual-currency Visa cards are not accepted if they have UnionPay on them, even if it's a Visa card. This is the first time I've encountered this after traveling in so many countries.

Other rental companies had staff present, but this company made me wait a long time and the process was slow.

Service is good, but the speed is a bit slow.
