Arrived late at night, no need to wait in line

You will see the counter right after exiting the airport. There was a group of French friends in front of us, and because the explanation was very detailed, it took almost ten minutes. When it was our turn, they kept offering us water and gave my daughter dates to eat. The staff was very courteous.

Like: Friendly and fair staff. The rented car was clean and drove like new. No issues on pick up or return.
Dislike: It's not easy to find in that that there is no visible Europcar logo on the outside and the building out of which they operate has a number of entrances. It took somewhat longer to pick up of the car even after all paperwork has been done. The price on Easyrentcars wasn't inclusive of VAT.

We came from abroad and didn't have the car rental license translation from Zuzuche, which took a long time to sort out. Just follow the rules, and everything will be fine.

Very slow when picking up the car, but quite quick when returning it.

It's okay

When returning the car, the staff said the driver's seat was dirty and we had to pay for it. But it was already like that when we rented it. Since the staff member at pickup wasn't the same person when we returned the car, the return staff insisted it was our fault. The stains looked old and not recent. Since we were in a hurry to catch a flight, we negotiated and ended up paying 160 yuan instead of the 200 yuan they initially demanded. The staff asked for 160 yuan personally to handle the issue, and we didn’t get a receipt. It was a really unfortunate experience.

Like: Parked car in another part of airport car park (not the drop off area) and was still able to go through the drop off procedure. I would rent from again.
Dislike: Nothing to do with the rental company, but dropping the car off back to the right place within the airport was a pain. Airport doesn't have enough signs. Ended up using up too much fuel and getting charged since car was no longer showing full tank. Also I wished they had a base in terminal 3, as travelling to terminal 1 with a lot of luggage and in the heat was very uncomfortable.

Like: The car was in a great condition and friendly staff
Dislike: The pick time was rather long.

Dislike: Fuel was not filled full. As a result very difficult to return same fuel level

Like: Vehicle was 2017 model @12k milage, neat and clean Payments and billing was handled correctly and without delays on authorized amount on the credit card
Dislike: Expected 2018 model as communicated by counter while picking up but the car was good

Like: I would recommend Dollar. New Car.. Good Support
