Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. We needed to cross the border into Armenia and had QEEQ confirm the necessary procedures with the car rental company multiple times beforehand. While picking up the car, the staff mentioned they needed our passport information for communication with QEEQ, which QEEQ did not inform us about. However, the car rental company expedited the process on-site, so our overall itinerary wasn't affected. Highly recommend!

The car was in a poor state. 355.000 km, radio did not work, all sort of warning lights were flashing. Car was fool of external damage. However it was much better than average car on Georgia roads.

First, the address information provided by the platform was incorrect, and it took me two hours to find the location. Second, when returning the car, there was no one at the store. I had to contact the platform, take a video of the car's condition, and slide the keys through the glass door. It was so frustrating! Moreover, the two separate charges were not explained. Extremely poor service!

I booked a Prado, but they told me on-site that they only had a Sorento and insisted it was the same class, same price. Everyone, is this really the same class? Payment was made to zhu-Zhu Car, but on-site only had a Sorento, take it or leave it.

This is essentially a private car rental company with no service attitude and very unprofessional. The location was incorrect; it was actually on the second floor of a restaurant 200 meters away with no clear signage. It took asking for directions for a while to find it. It was not Shouqi Car Rental, but rather had a Europcar sign. I spoke with a foreigner on the way, and he booked a car using another app at less than half the price I paid.

Due to an incorrect address provided on the rental website, it took nearly three hours to contact the car rental company. Apparently, they had moved eight months ago, causing us to wander around and delay our schedule. The pickup and return procedures were relatively quick, but they kept recommending full insurance during pickup, saying that driving in Georgia is aggressive and without their full insurance, the claims process would be troublesome. They also charged a 25 Lari car wash fee upon return. This rental experience made me decide never to choose a local rental company again. I'll always go with a major chain, even if it's more expensive, as it's definitely more reliable.

The pickup and driving experience were generally normal, but there were many unpleasant issues during the return. I wanted a refund for the unused days as I returned the car two days early. From another perspective, since it was a prepaid booking (which I found out through communication with the platform customer service), there was no clear refund policy. What truly frustrated me was the car rental company's uncooperative attitude. When communicating with the rental platform's customer service, they promised to provide a proof document but did not follow through. The invoice that was supposed to be emailed within three days also didn't arrive, and the attitude during the discussions was not good. Communication points never aligned, and they kept emphasizing their position as a sub-agent of SurPrice, stating that refunds require multiple levels of agent communication. While I understand the need for communication, SurPrice did not assist within its capacity. One of the responsible persons I was communicating with eventually disappeared, which was very unpleasant! This reflects the issue of too many agency levels between the platform and the final rental company. Supervision is necessary!

Fraudulent service!! We followed the navigation from Zuzuche to pick up the car, but it led us in the wrong direction, causing us to be more than an hour late. The rental company used this as an excuse to give us a cheaper Hyundai! We had pre-paid the full amount, so why wasn't the car reserved?! When returning the car, we arrived more than half an hour early at the drop-off point. The scheduled time was nine o'clock, but no one was at work half an hour past the time! We couldn't get through on the landline, then called a mobile number, and contacted Zuzuche customer service. They told us to leave the keys in the door crack! Why didn't they mention their failure to meet the schedule then?!
