Quick easy pick up and drop off

I would never EVER rent a car from this company. I arrived to pick up car that I reserved and paid deposit on to be told after waiting for over an hour in line that they did NOT have a car for me. The worst part is that the company has not reimbursed my money for deposit back.

Green motion was awesome. Front desk staff great. Friendly and comical. Great start to trip and very fast shuttle to airport upon drop off. Great company.

I waited close to an HOUR just to have someone come to the counter to begin my car pick up. It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. MORE SIGNAGE needed for the pickup location. Shuttle Service was fine!

Really hard sell by counter staff on the EasyPass toll charge of 150.00 US. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We used $8.oo worth so are out $140.00. Make sure you bring details of your insurance coverage with you or you are sure to get upsold on that as well. We felt ripped off and would not recommend this company to our friends.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
