Picked up the car at Don Mueang Airport. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I don't speak Thai or English, so we communicated mostly through gestures and guesses. Some services might not have been available to me due to the language barrier, but the car pickup and return went very smoothly. The rental fee and deposit were pre-authorized on my credit card. The rental fee was deducted upon return, and the deposit was refunded to my credit card after twelve days. I am very satisfied.

Very convenient. After getting off the plane, it's very close to pick up the car. Returning the car is also very convenient. After returning the car, you can go straight to the airport. The car was in great condition, but it took a while to find a gas station on the way back, which was a bit of a headache.

Everything is decent, except the car is very old and has 130,000 kilometers on it.

There where floods in Ubon Ratichani at the time I was hiring the car. I had ordered to collect a Toyota altis but the staff thought it would be better to take a 4x4 hilux due to the roads. I asked how much the upgrade would be and they said no charge. Excellent customer service
