When we got to the shuttle pick up, we waited 25 minutes for a shuttle, not the quoted 15 minutes.

You charged another insurance whe I already had an xtra insurance . no options offered , You are stealing money from customers . I need a refund of my money .

Terrible experience overall

I had to make a last minute reservation and Green Motion had the best prices available. But, we landed in Orlando airport ~ 5:30 am and had to wait over 30 mins to get the shuttle that would take us to the Green Motion location. At the location, there was only one couple before me in the line but it still took > 20 mins to complete the booking for them. There was a single operator to help people get their cars and she was having technical issues, still the wait seemed really long.

Took over an hour to be picked up and another almost hour at the counter waiting in line and then waiting for the car. the most unorganized car rental place I have ever dealt with.

The check in process would have been faster if I had brought my ins card.
