Smooth process for pickup and return

Overall it's quite convenient, but there are very few cars available possibly because business is very good. There were only two cars to choose from, which was unsatisfactory, considering Korean car performance isn’t very good.

The store inexplicably charged an extra 50 USD after I signed some forms. I reserved a Toyota, but they told me none were available and gave me a Nissan instead. Their attitude was so-so. There was no staff to assist with car pickup, and there were no clear signs. I had to find the car myself in a large parking structure. Hertz's service is really lacking.

Since they did not have the car promised, they easily upgraded us to the best available which was a significant upgrade to a full size suv.

Line was to the door when picking up. Waited ~50 minutes. Not good. Very frustrating. There has got to be a better way.
