Overall satisfactory, but the sales representative was not aware that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ and still tried hard to sell us additional insurance, even asking the platform staff to call him! Luckily, I firmly explained that we already had full insurance, which was not visible in their system, and the sales representative relented. At the car lot, you can choose your vehicle yourself, though it may not be the exact model you had in mind; it will be from the same series. We ended up with a Nissan mid-sized car, which performed well and was easy to drive!

1. Long wait times in line; 2. The attendant took advantage of us, selling us a toll pass for the San Francisco to Los Angeles route even though there were no tolls; 3. Wrong car model, we booked the more expensive Suburban but were told it wasn't available at pickup and given a Tahoe instead, with a promise to swap it the next day, which never happened over three days; 4. Strongly advise against choosing this company.

Alamo is the top choice for economy cars.
