Due to COVID the pick up process was terrible - waiting for phone calls for over an hour rather than face to face contact. Fortuity the staff at the help desk realised this so reverted to a solution that worked.

The vehicle was in very poor condition, full of scratches. Make sure to take photos as evidence. The service was also bad, especially at the pick-up location where the staff were very rude.

There were only two service counters, but even with few people in line, we waited over two hours. We had purchased damage insurance, but they insisted we buy it again. Although they eventually removed the charge, it wasted a lot of time.

a) We had a long waiting time at the time of picking up as there was a Huge queue of people waiting. After a long flight this was painful. b) the staff during drop off was rude, he ignored me and picked a client who came after me and wouldn't listen to anything I said

Poor customer service just could understand both he and she. English was Terrible. Not to mention it took over 1hr to pick up the vehicle. Speaking to the customers waiting around they also we're waiting over 1hr.
