No forced insurance upselling

We requested to use UnionPay but the charge was still in the local currency. They pushed for insurance, which is more expensive there, but it can be less hassle in case of an incident. The car was relatively new and in good condition. Inexplicably, an additional amount of about ten Australian dollars was charged to my credit card three days later. I asked for an explanation but received no reply.

Convenient procedures and good service

Overall service at Budget is excellent. Their staff is helpful and eager to answer your enquiries.

Price dropper is good. The interface Is a bit complicated. Hope it can improve later
