The staff were not overly pushy when picking up the car, unlike the last time with Budget where the agent was deceitful. The staff when returning the car were even more welcoming and efficient; the return process was incredibly smooth and convenient.

Right across from the hotel, very convenient. Excellent service attitude, they didn't say anything about the late pickup and calculated the time accordingly. They even guided us to pick up the car patiently!
