There was an issue during the rental process. The website stated that a translated document could be used, but the store required the use of Alamo's translation software. I had to go across the street to print it, costing me more than 3 dollars and wasting over an hour. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The car was a Buick Enclave, but the air conditioning was somewhat lacking.
Counter staff was helpful and friendly. No hard selling. Lots of cars to choose from. They were mostly all the same model; Nissan verso. It’s unfortunate that in the car we choose, the USB port did not work properly and the interior had an unpleasant smell which we didn’t notice until after using the AC. I would check those things next time. Returning the car was pretty straightforward and quick. The airport at Miami is not near the car rental units. Leave plenty of time if you need to get to and from the airport.
Though Arif was very helpful during the bookin process, but he told me that i do not have full insurance and i have to buy one. Where as I paid almoat 200 aed through Easyrental for the insurance. This was very disaapointing. I felt I was over charged at the booking tume.

All good, but the full insurance which you guys upsell during the booking process is of no sense as the rental guys do not acknowledge it and press us to buy additional insurance
