I had to extend my car for 1 week. As per there agreement the changes were £16.2 per day. So it should be £113.4 but they deducted £256.83. I am trying to contact them by customer care, waited for 40min no reply. Email them. No reply yet. Poor customer service.
Everything went well.. Post drop off, I was informed that I will receive an acknowledgment/ receipt on my email. Which I haven’t received as yet. Will appreciate if I could receive it for my records purpose.
Car exceeded expectations because as usual the requested car was not available - this seems to be a theme in the rental industry. Ferrari or similar = Toyota Aygo.
