Car had damage to front wheel that was noted down, even though quite evident, Luckily got the exit staff to note on my departure, tank was only 7/8 full and dropped to 6/8 just after I left pick up location, took the SD card so no sat nav, comes as standard so should have been included on a K group car
The car I booked was not available, even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS because of the coronavirus. And most other suitable cars were NOT AVAILABLE. Finally we were given a Ford Focus which was covered in scratches and damage. This was not a problem for me but led to some misunderstanding when I returned the car.

The car was great, better than expected. It had lane correction, shift suggestions, adjustable steering column, close vehicle warning, object warning both in front and rear. The car was covered in dirty water that had dried on the car and the inside of the windshield was dirty which was hard to see through when going between full sun and shade. Really liked the Peugeot.

I was given a golf instead of a suv- counter staff told me this was better but I couldn’t fit my suitcases in, and wanted an suv. They said they didn’t have any, then gave the lady behind me in the queue the car I had booked (mokka). A golf was equivalent size to a fiesta and I could’ve paid a lot less to hire an economy car. Really bad service.

Qeeq tried to resolve the issue the next day and managed to get budget to offer an exchange for the car originally booked. However I was by this time 600 miles away from the pick up location and not willing to go back, when it was their error. No refund in price difference has been offered.
I met kashif at the counter. He was really professional. It took 5 minutes for whole process. Car was out of my expectations. Really happy with the service. Would recommend to everyone.
Quick and good service. I paid in full on QEEQ and there were no hidden charges when returning the car. The only downside is that Budget staff do not work on weekends, so I couldn't extend my rental. They gave me a new Nissan, which has full functionality including CarPlay.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.
One of the black employees was extremely dishonest. I specifically booked a Honda Jazz, but he gave me a lower class vehicle instead. The trunk was very small and couldn't fit two suitcases. I asked to switch to a Jazz, and he pretended to check with his colleague via walkie-talkie, but then told me there were no Jazz cars available. Resigned, I decided to make do with the car. However, upon further inspection, I found many scratches all over it, which I couldn't accept. So, I returned to the counter and asked for a newer car. When another white employee helped me, he said they had Jazz cars available. It seemed the black employee was unhappy because I didn't take up many of his suggested add-ons, so he gave me a hard time. This behavior from the black employee severely tarnished the company's image!
I prepaid the full amount when I booked through Zuzuche, but when I arrived at the store, the staff said I hadn't paid. The money was taken by Zuzuche but not given to the car rental company! Using the lack of prepayment as an excuse, they refused to give me the car I originally reserved and downgraded it to an Audi A5. I couldn't reach Zuzuche for help. After arguing at the store for 2 hours, the staff reluctantly gave us a Mercedes E-Class (which should have similar space as an Audi A6). It wasted a lot of our time and ruined our mood.
