When renting, our flight was delayed, but the staff extended the return time accordingly, which was very considerate and thoughtful!

Picked up the car at Launceston Airport, very convenient, you can see it right after getting off the plane. Car condition was good and both pickup and return were easy. Even though I don't speak English, it was no problem. The staff were very friendly.
