Not easy to contact customer service in airport for any reason

The signed rental agreement and final invoice have been forwarded to you. Since the package you chose didn't include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver, you would need to present your own insurance or purchase at the counter. Thank you for your understanding.

El carro y el servicio estuvieron bien, lo que no me gustó fue que me cobraron más a pesar de ya contar con un servicio de seguro de AXA y que no fueron claros al decirme lo del tanque lleno que debía entregar.

Me gusta mucho reservar con QEEQ pero en esta ocasión en esta reserva me ofrecían el seguro de AXA pero al final terminé pagando más, ya que uno de los asesores me dijo que realmente necesitaba esa parte del seguro, a lo que voy es si realmente necesito eso y no lo demás de mi seguro porque no me fue notificado desde antes?
