The service was great, but the car was very old. Although it was cleaned briefly before handover, it was still quite dirty inside. The car model was outdated and did not have a USB port for charging phones.

The experience was, generally, pretty pleasant. The counter staff were polite, although they pushed unnecessary extras too much for my liking, like additional insurance and bigger car. Having said that, the counter staff did say, "Go and look at the car and if you want to come back and upgrade, great", which was appreciated.
The car (Nissan Altima) was OK. It was big enough and comfortable enough for our needs. It was reasonably economical and had no reliability issues.
The drop off could not have been easier (except maybe for trying to find a petrol/gas station nearby!). It was, possibly, the easiest and slickest drop off I have experienced, which really helped reduce pre-flight home stress.

The process was very simple. The prices were reasonable. Documentation was easy to download and print, which really helps when planning a trip.
The met my expectations on dependability. It does average of any new car. The customer service reps were very nice. Simple to pick up and drop off. No hassles.

This was the first time I rented on Easyrentcars.com. it was simple. Not sure about the price drop thing but I would check out the site again.
Like: new car with only 24K miles done. Good service, i was in & out within 20 min. Dislike: They should have kept snow scraper in the car as it was snowing heavily & on day 1 of snow I didn't have anything in my car. i had to use my jacket to get snow out.
