Exciting

There is an awful lot of extra areas for making more money from cleanliness of car on return, extautionate rate if you get a ticket. Thankfully I did not have any issues on return. One really nice counter staff saved the day, whilst the manager was pretty poor on customer relations.

I booked an intermediate-sized SUV and was given a BMW Mini Countryman. It was way too tiny for the group/luggage I had so we had no choice but to upgrade. It also felt like the whole Green Motion team was very unorganized. They couldn't find keys for certain cars and didn't know what they had in stock. It took over an hour to collect the vehicle.

good concept of online service and booking process.

It took 40 minutes to pick up a pre-booked car. The counter staff were incredibly slow. In that time only 3 cars were booked out. A new bus load of customers then arrived and as there was no queuing system in place I had to stop the member of staff who was about to serve one of the later customers when it was my turn. The car was dirty and had lots of damage so the check took another 30 minutes. It was the worst car hire experience I have ever had.
