Surprisingly pleasant experience

Very satisfied. Great value for money. We had a minor incident on the road, and they helped us resolve it promptly. Overall, we are quite pleased.

The wipers need to replaced as very irritating noisy when operating.

given an option to change to Kia Carnival which was more responsive and better though the luggages were a challenge（smaller than the Hyundai iMax I booked).

Wait for pick-up at airport was a bit long and checking out car felt rushed, but staff were friendly. Drop off was a bit odd and staff did not communicate that I had dropped off car to the 2nd location so was receiving a call while on the plane looking for the car! Insurance cost twice as much as the actual rental.
