The car I received exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with it. However the car collection took a very long time. We lost a large part of our day especially because the shuttle bus took an hour to arrive and then made lots of stops before we arrived at Green Motion. There was hardly any fuel in the car so I had to quickly find a gas station to avoid breaking down.

Qeeq were efficient with our booking but the car rental company was not near the airport and the shuttle bus took ages to arrive at Green Motion.

“Absolute Nightmare”

They are nothing short of thieves - they allure people with low rates and then charge some nonsensical rates for repairs and trust me they will find something to claim. Avoid at any cost and if you have to, make sure you buy insurance to zero excess. “Poor experience with GreenMotion spoiled the whole holiday”

Waited almost 3 hours for car collection. Very difficult customer service staff, and very strange document outlining vehicle damage and possible damage to underside of car bumper: all of which would be chargeable up to £1250

“Family holiday”

Like: The car was new, beautiful to drive. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Dislike: The car I had requested wasn’t available. We had a lot of luggage and found it hard to fit it all in the car. The first car I was offered was too small and the second car was lovely but it was still not as big as what I had requested
