The car I received exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with it. However the car collection took a very long time. We lost a large part of our day especially because the shuttle bus took an hour to arrive and then made lots of stops before we arrived at Green Motion. There was hardly any fuel in the car so I had to quickly find a gas station to avoid breaking down.

Qeeq were efficient with our booking but the car rental company was not near the airport and the shuttle bus took ages to arrive at Green Motion.

“No free direct pick up and drop off is really a bad experience. wasted almost 2 hr.”

getting from T2 was a hassle as need to wait for hotel hooper bus. which cost 5 pound per person. not free. Getting to T4 get more complex with ride is bus and train. wasted lots of time. getting car take too long. only 2 staff serving more than 10 people.

“don't forget NI number and DVLA clearing!”

It took a long time to get all the admin sorted as I was not aware I should have my NI number and DVLA code and clearing done. As I did not know my NI number I had to phone around and finally got this all sorted. It was good that I had taken my passport along as well, because a second ID was needed.

Katie at Birmingham airport was fantastic. Katie was hospitable, provided great options, helped with all ours queries with a fun and positive disposition. The return was concerning because the details in the system were incorrect and the insurance deposit hold was not released from our Cr card causing problems with purchases in other shops.
